LINGUISTIC REPRESENTATION OF THE CONCEPT ‘MAN’ BY MEANS OF BIOMORPHOUS CODE

Abstract: 
The article deals with the analysis of the concept 'Man' from the position of biomorphous meta-phor on the material of the entry «Man» in «The Russian Association Dictionary». The author proceeds from the assumption that gender stereotypification in represented at all language levels and reflects de-finite assessments and connotations. Consequently the concept 'Man' depends on the linguocultural community gender stereotypes which can be analyzed with the help of linguistic structures.
