Abstract:
Research of sensemaking process discovers structure of participant interaction in organizational communication and «text-individual» interaction. This structure has hierarchical structure. We indicate the linguistic particularities of text, which provoke hierarchical level of sensemaking process in the organization. The personified effect has been found, which stimulates more involvement in sensemaking process in organizational communication.
