ORAL SPEECH MARKERS AS SEGMENTS OF A JUDICIAL DEFENSIVE SPEECH IN RHETORICAL ARGUMENTATION

Abstract: 
Marker of a verbal speech as speech segments in a judicial speech for the defense are considered in the article. Advancement of information in an oral monologue statement is due to segments having definite outlines of limits. An oral speech for the defense abounds in syntactic and metacommunicative markers.
