Abstract:
The article deals with the conceptual memory metaphors in statical and dynamical aspects. The particular attention is paid to the dialectics of remembering and forgetting as essential constituents of the wholistic cognitive process. On the whole human memory is interpreted as the complex dynamic system of cognitive functions.
