Abstract:
The autor's aim is to show the need for reduction of the amount of interpreting competence components to a required interior limit which includes the cultural component as an obligatory item and enables to get to the point of interpreting competence, thereby setting boundaries to its uncontrollable versatility. The autor tries to work out the normative base for the cognitive model of interpreting competence and its intercultural component.
