Abstract:
The article treats two types of law knowledge: every-day and professional on the example of the concept LAW. Though there are differences between them, the emphasis is laid upon the existence of a single universal concept LAW in the Anglo-Saxon mentality combining the every-day and scientific-professional cognitive features as a guarantee of its adequate understanding and application in society. Discourse reflects the most complete knowledge of law.
