SEMANTICAL MARKERS OF TOPONYMS IN LANGUAGE AND SPEECH

Abstract: 
The ways of conversion of apellativus and onomas as correlation of language and speech ele-ments are described. The mechanisms of semantic derivation in different areas of science are observed. Lexical, semantical, morphological and stylistical aspects of toponyms are analysed in the article. Such laws of morphological processes as reduction, and paraphrase in the English language are pointed out. It is noted that conversion is one of the productive ways of toponyms forming.
