SOME EVOLUTIONAL ASPECTS OF TERM SYSTEMS FORMATION IN OLD AND MIDDLE ENGLISH

Abstract:  The article deals with some aspects of term formation in Old and Middle English. The term system formation in the course of communicative contexts specialization and professional (non-fiction) communications genres differentiation is being analysed. Special attention is payed to discovering cha-racteristic features of term systems of different communicative spheres (namely, economic and legal spheres).
