RELATION OF THE LINGUISTIC AND COGNITIVE STRUCTURES BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE VOICE OF THE VERB IN MODERN GERMAN

Abstract: 
The paper focuses on the relation of the linguistic and cognitive structures in the category of voice in modern German. Unlike the synthetic form of the active voice, analytic forms of the passive voice are a cognitively motivated combination of the fundamental for German "perspective" lexical signs with some determinied morphological specification. The article considers both the holistic status and discreet nature of the analytic forms.
