Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of interpretation as a type of cognition on the whole and anthroponymic interpretative function in particular, which is the key factor in modifying anthroponym-represented conceptual content. The anthroponymic interpretative function is based on the definite in-terpretative models and shows certain peculiarities on the three stages of anthroponym-represented conceptual content development.
