Abstract:
The paper studies autopresentation as a metacognitive process of information modeling using the results of other mind orientation. The author attempts to differentiate cognitive state from metacogni-tive state in а politician's autopresentation, analyze the content of cognitive state. Information congru-ence as a way of manipulating of the recipient's mind is studied.
