POSSIBILITY OF GRAPHIC INTERPRETATION FOR UNDERSTANDING PROCESS

Abstract:  This article illuminates a possibility of graphic interpretation for understanding process suitable for the analysis of any linguistic text. It traces the historical approaches to the essence of understanding and suggests various classifications of this notion. It also gives a new definition of understanding process, identifies three zones of understanding and describes the criteria of their identification.
