METAPHORIC REPRESENTATION OF RELIGIOUS CONCEPTS IN ANCIENT RUSSIAN LITERATURE

Abstract: 
A specific character of conceptualizating religious area in the literature of Ancient Russia is de-scribed in the article. The analysis of the concept SIN by way of illustration is made, the basic meta-phors representing the given concept in old Russian texts are also revealed and described, their emo-tion-estimation potential is established. The research is carried out in terms of the diachronic concept study.
