Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of revealing conceptual content of spatial English attributes denoting touching or almost touching location of two paired objects of perception. The purpose of the research is to reveal cognitive content of these lexemes. To achieve this purpose conceptual characteris-tics of the spatial attributes are determined, the basis for which is the situation of perception.
