SEMANTIC DESCRIPTIONS OF PROVERBS AND SAYINGS WITH THE COMPONENT NUMBERS (on the material of the Kazakh and French languages)

Abstract:  The object of the research –proverbs and sayings with the component of numbers in the Kazakh and French languages as a source of conceptually significant cultural experience of the people.
The work aims at describing the international and national components of a proverbial world view presented in the anthropocentric and linguocultural sectors of the paremiological funds of the Kazakh and French languages.
The research objectivessuggest a complex comparative description and the analysis of cognitive features of the Kazakh and French paremias as carriers of national and cultural information, which demanded the application of the following scientific methods of research:the cognitive analysis; the descriptive method which allowed to transfer a number of international and national features of the paremias; the comparative analysis; the semantic identification at determining the generalized value of paremias; the conceptual and statistical analyses.
The anthropocentric approach to studying man in language allows to speak about man in paremiology and, respectively, about the perspective development of a new linguistic branch – the anthropocentric paremiology.
