Abstract:  The subject matter of the research is rhythmic and syntactic parallelism in the Yakut language compared with similar units of the Turkic-Mongolian languages through analysis of their concept structure. The concept analysis of rhythmo-syntactic parallelisms in epic texts provides insight into cognitive activity of man in creative perception of the world and reveals functional significance of language units in texts. Modern linguistics extends the frontiers of treating language as a cultural code of a nation not just a means of communication and perception. The category of LOCATIVITY in language is quite a common phenomenon. Its close interaction with other categories is fixed by speakers’ cultures. The purpose of the paper is the comparative analysis of rhythmic and syntactic parallelisms verbalizing the concept LOCATIVITY in texts of the Yakut Olonkho and Turkic-Mongolian epics. The authors consider nominalization of LOCATIVITY within the concept PHYSIOGEOMETRIC SPACE. This concept as a quantum of knowledge is represented in the Yakut Olonkho and Turkic-Mongolian epics by the word LOCATIVITY and rhythmo-syntactic parallelisms. Using the component analysis the authors decompose the language units into minimal meaningful parts. The method of context analysis is used for revealing actualization of the language units in texts of Olonkho and Turkic-Mongolian epics. The general research method is the inductive-deductive one since the performed analysis of the material results in theoretical conclusions. The comparative study of rhythmo-syntactic parallelisms functioning in the texts revealed universal and ethnic characteristics of rhythmic and syntactic parallelism actualization in the texts of the analyzed epics.
