Abstract: 
The investigation of peculiarities of word-building process demands thorough studying of new lan-guage material with account of reasons and mechanisms of developing, functioning and further entering in the language system. Communicative-cognitive approach that takes into consideration different as-pects of analysis of new words – onomasiological, syntactic, cognitive, semantic, word formative allows to join the stages of developing, functioning and being fixed in the language together in a coherent, sys-temically organized structure.
