CORRELATION OF SPECIAL CONCEPT – NOTION –MEANING – TERM

Abstract: 
The paper sets out to elaborate the definition of «concept», to point out relevant features of
operational concepts, and to establish their relation to the notion and to the linguistic meaning. It is shown that special concepts are generally represented by terms which can have national and cultural particularities. The correlation of special concept – notion – meaning – term has а methodological value for a number of currents of modern cognitive studies of terminology.
