Abstract:  The paper discusses speech verbs with an expressive axiological meaning that refers to the elements of a connotative meaning. The latter shows a usual expressive axiological meaning. The main idea of the article is the language representation of emotions and evaluation. The predicates discussed in the article characterize and describe the speaker from the Obzerver’s position. The Obzerver in his/her turn perceives, evaluates and interprets the speech act, moreover, he/she can act as a locutionary target.
Cognitive and emotional processes embodied in the brain cooperate with each other. A close link between the emotional breadth and evaluativity helps to express an emotional attitude towards the speech subject and the subject of evaluation.
In conclusion it is necessary to note that voice peculiariries of the speech-art participants cause the necessity to express evaluation during the process of communication. And this necessity in its turn calls the use of peculiar locutionary verbs.

Keywords:  Observer, emotional breadth, evaluativity, expressive axiological meaning
