Abstract:
The article deals with a problem of professional evaluation of scientific research. It touches upon the question of the scientific quality phenomenon we measure. The questions to discuss are: what are the objective evaluation criteria of communication in science both from cognitive and social institutional points of view? What are the social consequences of the new production of knowledge?
