Abstract:
The article investigates problems of forming the regional onomastikon. The author concludes that the units having a special status in the formation of ethos's mental dominants, in their language representations are chosen from the conceptual sphere of national language. The author emphasizes the significance of onomastic concept as a special type of knowledge about Proper Name, which is «in-stalled» in the conceptual system, being an inevitable integrated component of reflection about the world and of world picture formation.
