Abstract:
The article is devoted to the cognitive-discoursive and conceptual analysis of the text of the Bashkir epos «Ural-batyr». Making such analysis the author differentiates «concept» as a linguistic-mental unit and «the concept of the text». While the description of the conceptual sphere of the text as a linguistic-mental unit is based on the cognitive-conceptual analysis, the concept of the epos text comes to light on the basis of the analysis of language units functioning in the text on all levels. Such analysis is directed to detection of a pragmatic-semantic kernel of the text which has caused an originality of its structural-semantic organization as a sign of culture.
