Abstract:
In the article there is given the characteristics of common collective knowledge as of an object of cognitive sciences, its role and importance in modern society is clarified. On the basis of the double determination the principal dimensions and characteristics of cultural knowledge are identified, its model and forms are specified, the possible areas of differences in intercultural comparative studies are defined.
